For Cold Brewing

1.

Prepare a sealable container and clean it thoroughly, then sterilize it with boiling water.

Add 300–400 ml of water and one Wanko Dashi pack to the container, then shake gently.

3.

Place the container in the refrigerator and let it steep for about 6–8 hours.

4.

Remove the Wanko Dashi pack from the container, and it's ready to serve.

For Hot Brewing

Place the Wanko Dashi pack in water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Your broth is ready to serve!
Note: The amount of water used can vary depending on the intended purpose, but we recommend using 300–400 ml, similar to cold brewing.
