Comments on Wanko Dashi

Wanko Dashi was created with your dog’s health as our top priority, using the wisdom of Yakuzen (herbal medicinal cuisine). It’s designed to help keep your dog hydrated by focusing on the rich umami flavor of dashi, made with carefully selected and safe ingredients.

We’ve also made sure it’s super appealing to dogs, so it’s easy to mix into their daily meals. Plus, the medicinal ingredients, based on Yakuzen principles, work to balance your dog’s body and support their overall health.

Think of it like herbal tea for humans—Wanko Dashi is a simple and tasty way to support your dog’s daily health and well-being.

Shinichi Nagamine

Organizer of Yakuzen Komachi | International Yakuzen Specialist

Shinichi Nagamine is the founder and operator of a farm in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, dedicated to producing "domestic medicinal ingredients." While preserving the traditional practices of Yakuzen (herbal medicinal cuisine), he actively incorporates modern global food culture and the latest advancements in nutritional science. His goal is to create innovative and original Yakuzen that transcends the boundaries of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines.

In addition to producing Yakuzen ingredients and developing new products, Nagamine collaborates with restaurants and companies both within and outside the prefecture. He supervises and develops recipes and processed products that incorporate Yakuzen principles, contributing to a diverse range of culinary innovations.

Comments on Wanko Dashi

Yakuzen (herbal medicinal cuisine) is based on the concept of Qi, Blood, and Water. It is believed that when these three elements are in balance, both the body and mind are in a healthy state.

Wanko Dashi is crafted with ingredients that support these three essential elements. It is highly recommended for maintaining your dog’s daily health.

Comments on Wanko Dashi

Inzen Hinata's Wanko Dashi was developed with the principles of Yakuzen (herbal medicinal cuisine) to promote a healthy body as part of everyday life. One of its greatest features is that it provides hydration through the use of dashi.

Just like for humans, staying hydrated is crucial for your dog to maintain good circulation and overall health.

We highly recommend incorporating Wanko Dashi into your dog’s daily meals as a supplement-like addition to support their well-being.
